Refunds:  Guests are responsible for the entire length of their stay.  No refunds are given for failure to arrive on the initial date of your reservation or if departure occurs prior to the last date of your reservation. 

Cancellations are accepted one week in advance.

Accommodations are not suitable for children. 
Sorry, no pets. We have resident cats, like Teddy Bear and Bootsie, who are wonderful, friendly and very loveable, so we try to respect their space. 
Smoking is not allowed in the house, but is perfectly acceptable on the outside premise.
Parking is available.
Phone jacks and phones are available.
Rates range from $155.00 to $325.00.
Shared/Private Bath - Double occupancy, Queens & Doubles available. 
Check-in time is 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, unless otherwise notified.
Two nights minimum may be in effect on weekends, in season and/or on holidays.
